Overview
We offer a 7-day return period counted from the date you receive your package.
✅ Eligible for return: Regular non-custom watches, jewelry, handbags and electronic accessories can enjoy our 7-day return service.
❌ Final sale (non-refundable): All handmade custom products, including engraved jewelry, custom-sized watches, personalized bespoke bags and tailor-designed items cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded once shipped out.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To apply for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
- Return request is submitted within 7 calendar days upon delivery.
- The product remains unworn, unused and scratch-free, kept in original brand-new condition.
- All original accessories are complete: original box, brand tags, authenticity card, dust bag and full packing set.
- No scratches, dents, water stains, discoloration, fingerprints or signs of wear and tear.
Items Not Eligible for Return & Refund
- Handmade custom watches, engraved jewelry and bespoke handbags
- Gift cards and store credit vouchers
- Downloadable digital electronic products
- Goods damaged by improper use, collision, water immersion or unauthorized disassembly by the buyer
- Products with missing original boxes, tags or supporting accessories
A valid order number is required to process all return applications. Please do not send returned items directly to the manufacturer address.
Partial Refund Only
We only approve partial refunds instead of full refunds under the following situations:
- Items returned after the 7-day return window expires.
- Watches, jewelry, bags or electronics with scratches, stains or wear caused by improper use or storage.
- Electronic products that have been activated, disassembled or have damaged serial numbers.
Refund Process
Once we receive and complete a full inspection of your returned merchandise, we will send an email to notify you of the inspection result and refund approval status.
If your return application is approved, the refund will be processed immediately. Funds will be returned to your original payment account within 5–10 business days, depending on the processing speed of your bank or payment provider.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing period:
- Please check your bank account balance first.
- Contact your credit card issuer, as bank refunds usually require several working days to be credited.
- If the refund is still not found after confirmation, feel free to contact our customer support team via email.
Sale & Clearance Items
Only full-price regular products support returns and refunds. All discounted sale and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Exchanges
We only provide exchange service for products with factory defects or shipping damage.

All exchange requests must be submitted within the 7-day return period. Custom-made goods and sale items are not eligible for exchange.
Gift Orders
- If your order is marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive equivalent store credit after we inspect the returned item, together with a physical gift certificate mailed to your address.
- If the order is delivered to the gift buyer first for hand delivery, all refunds will be issued to the original purchaser, who will receive a notification once the return is processed.

In most cases, buyers are responsible for return shipping fees, which will be deducted from your total refund amount after approval.
For high-value watches, jewelry and luxury bags, we recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance. We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return packages.

We will bear all return shipping costs only for our mistakes, including factory defects, wrong item delivery and goods damaged during transit.
