1. Return Eligibility Window
You may submit a return request within 7 business days after you receive and sign for your package.
Any return request submitted beyond this 7-business-day window will not be accepted.
2. Item Condition Requirements for Return
To qualify for full refund, returned items must meet all standards:
- Unused, unwashed, no scratch, stain or damage caused by customer
- Complete original packaging, tags, labels and all attached accessories intact
- No smell of perfume, smoke or personal use traces
Final sale items, customized personalized goods, undergarments are non-refundable and non-returnable.
3. How to Start a Return
- Contact our support email with your order number, full name and return reason
- Wait for our team to send you official RMA return authorization
- Pack items securely with original package, write your order number outside parcel
- Send back to our assigned return warehouse address we provide
We do not accept packages sent without RMA approval.
4. Return Shipping Fee Rule
- Defective, wrong, damaged items delivered by our fault: We cover all return shipping cost
- Size mismatch, personal dislike, change mind: Customer bears return shipping cost
5. Refund Processing Time
After we receive, inspect and confirm your returned goods pass inspection:
We will issue refund within 3–7 business days.
Funds will go back to your original payment account (PayPal / Credit Card / Debit Card).
Please allow extra bank processing delay up to 10 business days for the money to show in your account.
6. Partial Refund & Rejection Notice
If returned goods are damaged, missing accessories or show obvious usage marks, we reserve rights to reject full refund or deduct partial compensation fee.
